Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
